This spring/summer, we had a bird that decided to build its nest on top of our speaker on our deck outside - so funny and we felt so bad each time we turned on music too but needless to say, the nest made it until all the babies grew up and flew away.
So cute!
I am honestly always so amazed when I see nests - birds are amazingly patient and thorough!
Austin is also quite a thorough little guy - he spent hours trying to dig out these gems from his birthday gift from the Gilberts.
He loved it though and it was really fun to see the end result and all his hard work!
Started from here and ended up with just gems - pretty cool!
Way to go Aust!

We had a great time celebrating him and all his awesomeness!
He is always more than willing to come watch our kiddos when needed, take work off to watch them at their sporting event and be wherever we need him. He is a great Papa and a wonderful dad and I am grateful for all he has taught me about serving and being a good example of the gospel in how you live your life.
Plus, he absolutely loved how we got to celebrate him on a saddle at Texas Roadhouse.

He's got a great sense of humor - love that about him too! When he's happy, he is super fun! Loved seeing him that way - we had a great time!

Don't mind the oreo cookie teeth but yah!
This girl does not let us help her pull her teeth out - she does it all by herself and will not pull it out until basically, they fall out...she's hilarious but I worry for her poor little gums :(
But she's said it since she was two years old, "Rio self" - she can do it by herself!
