Cowabunga Bay silliness & Herriman Beach

Back at Cowabunga.

I am so grateful for these passes every year - the kids honestly have a blast every, single time we go and I just love playing with them and being with them in the water and warm sun.

We love it here and love coming each summer and this time, we got a HUGE treat and got to come with Daddy.  Woo-hoo!

Daddy and Rio - she absolutely loves the water and to have daddy to play with was just the best!

When I take them myself, they don't get much adult/kid play because I have to watch Blake and Logan so I loved being able to watch them play with Spence - they were in heaven!

Oh, happy day!

Rocky Mouth hike 2015

This is probably one of my favorite hikes we do all summer.  I love it because it is simple, short and absolutely gorgeous and rewarding at the end with that beautiful waterfall.

This is the 3rd year these cuties have made this hike - awesome hikes, greater friends!

 Logan wanted to be in the pic with the girls this time - silly kid.

 It gets pretty steep in that last part but nothing is too hard for these kids - even my little 2 year old Logan - look at them go.

 There it is - the beautiful waterfall - Austin got there first this year.

This is my favorite part of this hike - I love watching these kids play in this water and collect rocks and just play and enjoy this area.

  But she is back at it again, collecting rocks and playing after a short break.

After that hike, it was time for a Frazil break.  YUM, YUM!

4th of July Neighborhood FHE

I was so grateful this July because our neighborhood decided to do an impromptu firework party together and it was SO much fun!

I was able to meet more neighbors and get to know them a little better.  We did it the Monday before the 4th for FHE and had so much fun!

 Do you love Rio's face?  She is never too sure about sparklers since only once has she not been burned by one.  I appreciate her effort to keep trying.
