Harvest time - pulling up the pumpkins

Even though it is technically the end of November currently, I'm still posting back in October..
However, the weather this year in the fall has been absolutely beautiful so it feels very much like fall still - we have been so lucky! It's so nice to be able to go outside so much still.
Back in October, we were able to harvest our garden veggies and of course, we saved the pumpkins for last since they "hang out on the vine" until it is close to Halloween.
The kids were so excited to go and pick them!

It was so cute to watch them try to figure out how to get the pumpkins off the vine and they were carefully choosing the pumpkins they liked best...
Spence had to help them try and take the pumpkins off without completely breaking their little stems
This was how Rio wanted to collect her pumpkin - she kept saying, "I'm a true princess now"
Austin was such a great help!  He always is actually - he'd much rather help us clean or garden than go play on his own - he is such a great helper!  He thought it was so cool to put the pumpkins in the wheelbarrow
Rio helping too...
These really orange/red pumpkins are called "cinderella" pumpkins - I think that is why Rio kept saying she was a "true princess" - such a cutie!  They were so cool lookin' - we loved them
Me and the kiddos after collecting our load!  We grew 11 pumpkins this year!!
HAPPY HARVEST!

Farm Country - Thanks. Pnt

I said this last post too but I love the fall so much!  Beautiful weather and so many fun things for the kids to do.
In October, Thanks. Pnt has so many fun things to do!  We went to Farm Country for their "Barnyard Boo" and for the first time we rode their ponies too. I don't think I've seen happier faces on these three - they had so much fun and had absolutely no hesitation whatsoever!!!

Jax was so excited to ride this pony - he was watching it forever with the kids in front of us and knew he had to ride this one!  I love his happy face - he was so giddy that he was squealing - it was adorable!

Austin rode the "BIG" pony - it was not a pony actually but a horse - I was shocked that he didn't hesitate at all!
He loved it and was so proud of himself

My little Rio was absolutely thrilled!  Whenever we had gone before, I hadn't let them ride the ponies because I had been by myself and didn't know what I would do if two of them didn't like it at the same time so I waited until I felt they would be okay.  Not sure why though :)  They handled this like champions - Rio was in heaven riding her little "maximus"
They were waiting in line to play a bowling game and Rio had to hug Austin she said so...
Austin had to hug Jax too!  I love watching them love each other and play like this - it is the best joy in the world!
Here's the bowling game - it was the "booling alley" - so cute!
Okay, I've said it a ton of times but seriously child??? She has got some tough muscles - she climbed all the way to the top in just a few seconds - tough chicky that Rio :)
Near the end of our "Barnyard Boo" extravaganza, we ran into some nursery friends from our ward:
Roxy, Phoenix, Jax, Austin, Rio and Ammon
*So fun to see you guys there too*

Wheeler Farm once again!!!

Back in October, I tried to keep getting out as much as possible for the triplets sake, they were so used to being out and about every day so after Logan was born, I tried to keep it the same for them as much as I could.  Unfortunately, our "start time" just kept getting a little later in the day.  So...one day we made a quick trip to Wheeler Farm - what a great place!  This time, we honestly spent more time playing at the playground rather than looking at the animals.
We really are so lucky to have so many fun places to take these little ones
Look at this girl! She is so brave and SO STRONG!  I've got to get her in gymnastics.  She loves to swing and hang on whatever she can so here she is swinging from his bar on their playground.  So fun!
*Love Jax's happy screaming face too*
They had so much fun making a train going down the slide - little cuties!
Climbing and climbing...
Try as I might, I can never get them all looking but they sat and played in this tunnel forever!!!

Walking the "balance beam" as they call it :)
Oh no!! Can you guess what happened?  If you've been there, you may know that there is a little, tiny, shallow stream/river and well...
Austin decided to try and cross it but his little legs aren't quite long enough - poor little guy
He recovered quickly after I got him some extra shorts that I had in the car fortunately.  And well, these geese can distract the best of us :)
Thanks Wheeler Farm for another great, fall day!

Aviary with some of our "besties"

YAH for the Aviary!  This is honestly one of my favorite places to take the kids in whatever season.  They love it and I love it!
This was so cute to watch these kids walk around with the peacock and follow it around talking to it
Reese, Avery, Jax, Rio and Austin staring at the vultures
We stopped to eat lunch and my kiddos of course found these rocks to climb on instead
Avery, Jax, Austin, Lucas, Reese & Rio each picked their own bird to stand by - it was so cute to watch them try and choose where they wanted to stand and who they wanted to stand by :)

These guys are so cute!  I love that Reese was making silly faces at us
During the live bird show, Jax and Avery got picked to be in the show and help to feed these beautiful white headed ducks.  They were so excited to help and had to hold their hands on the ground for the birds to eat from - I was shocked that they both actually let the ducks eat from their hands!  I love that Jax insisted on wearing his glasses all day - what a stud!

Austin, Reese, Avery, Jax and Lucas "hanging" with the birds!
Rio was throwing a "GIANT" tantrum during this pic but we won't tell her that :)

*We always have such a great time with our Foulger friends!  Thanks guys - we love you*

Logan's Blessing

Logan was blessed by Spence on September 30th, 2012
The fabulous men in the circle were:
Papa Dougie, Papa Ranger, Uncle Marc, Uncle Matt, Uncle Jon, Uncle Andrew, Uncle Mike and Spence of course with our bishop, Jay Shaver as well.
It was such a great day!
Spence gave such a great blessing and we're so blessed by the priesthood in our home and family.  It was so great to have ALL the men be able to be in the circle with Logan.
Thanks to my sweet mom, Logan had this beautiful little suit to wear that day - thanks mom!
He looked so cute and was such a good boy during his blessing - he didn't make a peep.

Poor little face though, of course this is the week he had a little baby acne :(
He's still a little cutie pie
Mama and Logan - I love you so much sweetie!  You are such a good boy and I can't stop holding you!
Had to get a pic of the little outfit - it was so cute!
It was apparently a bit slippery however...Spence said Logan almost slipped right out of every ones hands - whew!  So glad that was avoided :)

Logan, we love you so much and feel so blessed to be your parents.  You bring such a sweetness into our home and your brothers and sister love you so much.  We can't wait to watch you grow and grow!

Random Pics

I have so many random pics that I just love so I decided to come up with the exciting post list as "random pics" - I know I 'm totally creative!
*All these pics were taken at the beginning of September*
This is how Logan from day 1 has insisted upon eating - we honestly have to pry his little hands and arms away from his face so we can get the bottle in there.  What a cutie!  I love it because I think he must have liked his arms there in my tummy for comfort too - so cute!
Papa Ranger with Logan - love these pics with grandparents - they are honestly priceless to me
Grandma Morris - one of the best two grandmas I know!  Oh, Logan looks so tiny
Logan with his buddy Jett (Melissa's little man who is 8 weeks older than Logan)...well soon to be buddy when Logan wakes up :)
Logan's first bath - so cozy and what an adorable face!!!
Way to go boys!!! That's how you pump!  Ha-ha - they'll hate me for this one I'm sure
Daddy with Logan - so handsome!  and Logan's adorable too!
This pics are killin' me - he looks so tiny - love those frog jams
Oh... need I say more?
Just had to post it!  Love that he's stretching out his legs and showing he's ready to move out of the newborn size :(
Those you three so much!  You're the best big sister and brothers ever!  and you're so much fun to be around - you're turning into little people and not little kids - love you!
Just hangin in the boppy sitting up watching the trips play
Jax told me that Logan had to play with them too so he asked if I would put him on the car rug - I guess he's playing right?
My 4 little miracles!  We're so blessed because of you
