Attempt @ showing kindness, cozy times, friend lunches & playful sibs

So at the beginning of February, I put this up on the wall to help us all talk a little nicer to one another and it worked okay.
It was really cute though to see what the kids would write down about each other and their "kindness" they did.
Little Rio was freezing one night so I put her near a hot pad and up popped Lennox to join in her warmth with his best buddy, "Squirrely"
One Sunday afternoon, I was hanging out in the toy room with Blake and well, he decided it was time to take a little rest and just laid down on me forever!  He stayed there for so long and was just cozy.  Love that little boy.

Tuesdays are my day for Kindergarten play group and I love it!
We get to have Hayden, Case and Drew over to play and eat lunch with us.
So I just took this pic to remind me that sometimes, mommy's are short order cooks and well, it's okay.  Some want PB&J and others like hot dogs and others chicken nuggets.
Gotta please them all right?
I really love those cutie kids!

Play day at home.
These 5...love them all!
They are all so different and so unique in how they think, act, play, have fun and feel.
We are so lucky to have each one of them!

100th day of school & a beautiful "winter" day

Happy 100th Day of School!
100 days already kids! Way to go, we are so proud of you.
Kindergarten nearly under your belts.
Austin and Jax got mustache's and felt it was best to have them on in this picture :)

Then...one Saturday, we got to have our adorable neighbors over to play for a big chunk of the day and they all had such a fun time together doing all kinds of things.
However, one activity kept them busy for many hours.
They decided to build a ladybug house in Rio's old Little People Fairy House.
Rylee and Austin working on the outside of the house.
Jax, Austin and Avery working on their food platter.
 Lucky ladybugs!
And well, here is the finished product!  They had a blast and they did an awesome job!
Tell me how cute that is!
They labeled each room and set up a Happy Birthday sign too.
LOVE their creativity!
Beautiful scene kiddos.
It was like the first day of "winter" they could actually play outside for longer than 10 minutes and they ate up the entire day!

Valentines Day breakfast - yum!

Well we all know I'm a sucker for holidays and making things a little more fun for the kids.  But who knows...years from now they may not even remember...but I'll keep doing things anyway.
Happy Valentines Day!
Yummy heart pancakes, chocolate donuts, strawberry milk and strawberry yogurt.
Of course, we added a little whip cream in the mix because well, everything tastes better with it!
Love this little Blake.
Fun with daddy of course!
Blake wasn't quite sure what to think about it so he kept trying to take it out of his mouth but it kind of "melted" so he was so confused.
So...Rio and Austin tried to help him but well...
...it didn't really help.  He still was confused and little upset about it.  Haha.
Love this "loving" holiday!
Spence and I got some yummy take out to share and well, that was our Valentines Day.  Just perfect with eachother and our littles.

Crazy Spence, getting ready for Valentines Day

Well...I got this text one night after Spence had been at a work conference.  Let's just saw he was doing a little Karaoke and looks a little like Dee Snider, don't you think?  He loves some Twisted Sister and his co-workers all loved it!
Matt and Marc both work there and said it was hilarious!  I can only imagine.
Fun group he works with.

This little Blake is so cute and getting so big.
He loves Blaze and the Monster Machines lately like his big brother, Logan.
One day I saw him playing "house" with his trucks in Rio's Barbie house.  He's so cute!!

Valentine Makin' Time for school
Let's just say that there are awesome benefits to having multiples but preparing 3X the Valentines is not one of them.  They can't be the same and I need 3X the amount!  But, it was really fun and they had a blast doing them.
Here was the finished product.  I thought "no candy" this year because they get SO much so...
here they are! (I guess one had a small candy)
And...here is their loot!  See!  Tons of candy.  They loved every minute of their Valentines Party.  I was able to help and it was super fun.
Logan was thrilled with his bag as well - can you tell?

This little guy got a big black eye from a nice collision with Blake.
OUCH!
I had to take this pic because these cute boys could not get closer to this TV playing Mario Kart 8.  Love them!

Superbowl Sunday! Go Broncos!

Go Broncos!
Superbowl 50 - Panthers vs. Broncos
Eating some yummy snacks and enjoying the game together.
 Blake enjoying some yummy smokies.
Little Rio was so tired and not feeling very well but she was still dressed in orange and blue.
 Get your game face on!
 Love these kiddos!
Oh I love Rio.  She is always making a sign or card or note for someone or something and this day, she made a Superbowl Poster.
"Happy Superbowl Day!  Boo-yacky!  I love you mom."
She is so cute!  Love her.
