Trimming the Tree 2016

One of my very favorite things to do all year is get the Christmas tree ready with our family.
The kids love it and love seeing their personal ornaments they've gotten over the years.
Let's see those ornaments kids!
So fun to see what they love.
(Oh and Blake looks so tiny)
Spence is showing off some of our favorite ornaments.
He bought these two for he and I when I was in the hospital pregnant with the triplets on bed rest.
They are so special to me for so many reasons; he was so thoughtful to make sure we got ornaments even during a crazy time of life, they remind me of our 3 little miracles and they always remind how grateful I am that they stayed in an additional 4 weeks to grow.  I continually feel SO lucky!
Aww...me and Austin
Love these cute boys!
Oh my goodness they are cute!
Don't you love Logan's half smile and thumbs up?  HA!
I can never delete pictures that are almost identical because someone isn't looking or one is making a silly face when the others aren't. It's so fun to see each picture and what each kid does in it.
And...I had to take this picture of Frosty because since Jax was 2 years old, he has been obsessed with him.  We would make the kids share him when they were little and each one of them got Frosty one night and then gave it to the next person.  But, Jax somehow ends up with him every year and this is how much he loves him - he gave him a blanket and pillow (age almost 7!)  He really has such a tender heart sometimes and I love that about him.
Can't wait for Christmas!

FotoFly Santa session 2016

So I love doing these pictures and I think they are always so so cute!
Spence got to be the pretend Santa again and the kids loved it!
These first two pics were from my phone camera just enjoying the moment with these cutie kids!

Below are all the pictures taken during our session.
Aren't they adorable?

Those faces!
So ADORABLE!

Oh I loved these cookie pics!
The kids all look so cute and so happy.
Love them so much and we had such a fun time and it was super fast.
Can't wait to do it again!

Happy Thanksgiving! 2016

Well..I'm not sure what happened to my picture taking skills but these were the only pictures I have of Thanksgiving.
And...there isn't even any dinner pics or anything.
We had done Thanksgiving dinner with Sky's fam earlier in the week because they headed out on a vacation for the holiday break. Lucky ducks!
However, it was so great to see them then as well and spend time with them.
However, this was a fun Thanksgiving because my parents came over to the Morris' for dinner with us because it was just us!
We were the only ones who could come this year to their house so...we did and invited my parents at Bonnie's request.
After our yummy lunch/dinner, we all played a little dominos together.
And, my mom taught Rio a little tune on the piano.
So fun to have such great grandparents.
These kids really are so, so lucky!
And so am I for such great parents and in-laws that love one another and get along so well.
We have the best family and I felt very thankful this year for family and the love and support they give to Spence and I.
I couldn't work without them, we couldn't go out to movies that we love without them.
These grandparents are at nearly every event my kids have and love to be there.
They are so lucky to have them and I love my parents and Bonnie and Ranger so much!
Happy Thanksgiving all!

Santa play for the books

These kids are hilarious!
They wanted to do a Christmas play for us after watching Christmas shows.
This one was quite interesting however...
It included Santa.
An elf and a robber???
There really wasn't much to the story but Spence and I loved it and it absolutely made us laugh.
I love when they all work together on something and are happy to play together.
BEST of TIMES!
Even if they're wrestling! HAHA.
Thanks boys for the awesome play.
(Rio was at dance)

Uncle Jon's bday

November 24th - Happy birthday Jon!
We sure do love you!
He is honestly a favorite uncle for sure to my kids.
Always has been.
Yum - Yum!
Happy birthday and blow out all those candles!
He's a great guy and good daddy and uncle.
We are so grateful that they are back in Utah.

Time Out for Women 2016

Oh how I love this tradition.
It is one of my favorites throughout the whole year.
It is one weekend every year where I can sit, listen and feel the spirit entirely.
I constantly take notes and love hearing from amazing people and the music is always the best.
This year, we got to hear from Hilary Weeks!  Yes, I know. She's amazing.
*Me, Kiely, Jenny, Kristi, Charmoin, Melissa, Jen and Alicia*
We had more friends come with us but we were not great at taking pics.
I have the greatest friends and I'm so grateful for each one of them  - these ladies here are some of the greatest examples of women, moms and friends that I have.
Love you guys and love this great experience every year.
I truly always leave so inspired to do better, work harder, be more patient and kind, be more loving and willing to serve and I just love it.

Building and Sleepin' in the Fort

Oh my goodness...
these kids love building forts and had so much fun building it that they insisted on sleeping in it as well.
I just kept thinking, "please stay up, please stay up."
Austin and Jax
Logan
Rio
Jax and Austin again.
"Don't mind my legs all over you."
"Oh, it's fine.  I'll just put my arm under your body."
CRAZIES!

Halloween breakfast!
Yummy candy corn pancakes - they are so cute I think.
I think our plates are so cute.  And PS, that white blob is not mashed potatoes but vanilla yogurt :)

Later that day, we went trick or treating at Spence's work which the kids ALWAYS love to do because they get to see daddy but they also get to see Uncle Marc and Uncle Matt.
Uncle Marc was the Joker this year - looks a little creepy to me.

I loved our costumes this year - we all picked a Halloween theme - everyone looked SO CUTE!
Dracula Jax, Ghost Spence, Pumpkin Blake, Witch Rio, Frankenstein Logan,
Skeleton Austin & Cat Me

Then after a yummy pumpkin pizza for dinner,...off to trick or treat they go!
What a fun time they had too.
They did awesome and got to see lots of friends too.
They look so cute.
Thanks Spence for taking them out to trick or treat!  He's such a great daddy.
Blake came back a little early to join me in handing out candy but they all had so much fun.
