My amazing 5!

Oh man, I am one lucky mommy.
These kids are so fun and so cute and just light up my day. (most days, that is - haha)
Cute Blake just eating away - he is so cute.  A lot of the time, he is hungry when the other kids are too so his bottle gets propped up a lot but he doesn't seem to mind :) He's even starting to hold his bottle by himself.
He started eating more than oatmeal like I've talked about before but this was him after his favorite:
sweet potatoes!  YUMMY!
If you look close, you can see his two little teeth on the bottom.  He got both by the time he was 6 1/2  months.
Oh my!
What a little gem she is.
This girl loves her jewelry and bling!
Thanks Rio for making me smile and appreciate all your "girlyness."
Blake started sitting up also.
He got a little later start then my other kiddos but he finally decided to do it!
So proud of you cutie pie :)
He was 8 months.
Party of 5 every night around here :)
These pics are so blurry but I just love them because Blake is smiling his little face off!
Jax trying to be grumpy with me because I told him to smile :)
My only two kids who usually look at the camera and smile :)
And my own Little Red Riding Hood.
She is seriously a hoot and always is so incredibly creative.  I just love to watch her play and create!

Trick or Treating Palooza

Every year, I think, "okay, not too much candy this year."
Ya, that's a nice thought right?
There are too many fun  places to go!
First stop this year was Spencer's work.
We were greeted with this mad scientist first.
The kids were amazed at how he was holding this arm that moved!
It was pretty cool.
Can you spot the kids?
Or just see the balloons.
Each year, the development team always has something super amazing and this year was no different-
BALLOON CITY!
What a blast - they could have played all day!
Cute daddy with the kids - they love going to his work each year.
Halloween breakfast was complete with Berry Boo cereal, pumpkin cups with skeleton straws and either pumpkin, ghost or bat toast :)

Happy Halloween!

This little cutie was excited to stop at Papa Dougie's work on the day of Halloween.

Fun games were there and it was awesome because they were "Superhero" themed and they couldn't have been happier.
Papa Dougie lovin' his grandkids!
We had a great time and Anna and Halle came too so it was even more fun!
Ka-POW!
Stompin' the City!
My conversation with Logan went like this, "Hey Logan, why do you have two suckers sweetie?"
(He had opened them up on his own while I was driving)
His answer, "Because I need them."
Well, there you have it...he needed them.
These cuties were ready to "trick or treat" in the neighborhood now.
Daddy was ready to take them - it was a beautiful and warm night.
Yes, Jax was missing. He decided he wasn't feeling well and went to bed instead.
Poor little guy but man, I love how he self-regulates.
Happy Halloween!
We had a super fun month and I loved doing all these fun things with the kids.

Carving Pumpkins & Caramel Apples

Here we go kids!
Pumpkin Carving time once again.
The kids were once again pretty specific about what they wanted for their pumpkin and they couldn't wait to get started.
Daddy of course had to do the "trickier" ones since I'm a little artistically challenged :)
Austin is getting so big and I love this pic of these two - so cute!
Okay Rio, let's start on your ghost for your white pumpkin...
My cute boys!
Okay Ri...get those seeds out and start diggin'.

Rio's pumpkin was all clean and ready to carve...on to daddy's expertise.
Logan was totally grossed out by the seeds and did not want to touch them so Spence was trying to help him and he wasn't having it...
(He's in his underwear because he was a little sick with a tummy bug and well...he made many a stops to the potty)
My cutie Blake just hanging out as usual with us and being so good.
YUCK!
Jax was quite satisfied with his "ghoulish" pumpkin.

Rio's ghost and Logan's jack-o-lantern
Spence poking out those pesky pieces of Austin's mouth.
Love doing this tradition with the kids - they have a blast and so do we.
Little Rio ready to put her candle inside.
Nice hat Aust!
Cute pumpkins kiddos!
Now...let's see them glow!
Oooo.....Spooky.
After carving, we were ready for some apples and caramel...yummy!
Me and my littles
What do you think Austin?
MMMMM
Jax showing us where his had gone :)
Rio wanted me to include these pics of her cute outfit and hair for Halloween.
She was excited that her kitty cat, Stripy matched her :)
