Temple Square Lights and saying goodbye to the Gilbert family

 This was a really special night this year - it's a tradition we try to fulfill each year but this year was a little different.  Kristin and her family were going to be moving the next day.  Mike had already left a while back but we got to have Kristin and the kids for a little longer.

I honestly can barely look at this picture - these girls have such a fun time together - I'm so sad they are moving for Rio - she is now the only girl on that side of the family.  I know she's used to boys but man, is she cute with these two girls!

Family Christmas Parties/Traditions 2013

Anderson Family Scone Time!

Love, love, love this tradition and seeing my family - they are so much fun and I love catching up.

My sister hosted again this year and we had a great time.

*If you look closely, Mia and Anna look like they could be twins and we laugh our heads off each time we're together.  It is so weird that they look so similar being daughters of cousins*  Love it!

Wow - that is a lot of kids! Logan was so cute - he was really concerned about daddy having all these kids on him - he kept crying when they were playing with Spence

Later that night, we went to Spence's cousins house for our annual Christmas party with that fun and zany side of the family.  They are always really fun and do fun things and this year, we had a gingerbread contest!

We had a great day and so much fun with our families!  I'm so grateful to carry on such fun family traditions with my own kids

Preschool Christmas Program and Thanksgiving Pnt lights

The kids have absolutely loved preschool this year so far and have had a great time learning songs for Christmas so I was really excited to go to their Christmas program which lasted all of about 6 minutes :)

They were really cute and it was so fun to see the other kids in their class again

About an hour after we got home, Rio was out cold! Whew - the program must have worn her out - she NEVER falls asleep - it's always so sweet to see them sleeping

That night, we went and saw Christmas lights at Thanksgiving Pnt - we'd never been and it was actually really fun.  We stayed warm in our car and it was short and sweet - perfect for these little ones
