Mother's Day

Breakfast in bed for this mommy! My kids were so sweet!  They remembered from last year what daddy helped them do and they insisted on doing the same thing.  Breakfast in bed, freshly picked flowers and homemade cards.  Such sweet kids I have and a great husband who makes it possible for them to be sweet!

What a fun Mother's Day this year!  We not only got the celebrate Mother's Day together with my cutie kids but also with my mom and MIL AND... we also got to celebrate my nephew Gabe's birthday.

Here's few with my mom to celebrate with all the grandkids.  When Rio saw my mom was going to be in the picture, she quickly crawled over to her to be by her.  This little girl absolutely LOVES my mom.  She adores her and squeals when she sees her - it is so sweet!

I've said it before but my kids are so lucky to have these amazing cousins.  Sky and Matt's kids are so great and always so kind to my kiddos - they already adore little Blake

*These two women are the very best of examples to me.  I'm so grateful for all that my mom taught me, for all she did for me growing up, for the example of kindness, service and love she taught me.  My sister Sky is one amazing mother.  I was privileged to watch her be a mother for a number of years before we were blessed with children ourselves and I was able to watch her raise, teach and love her children.  I only hope to be the kind of mother she is to her children!
