Dying eggs was SO MUCH FUN this year! The kids absolutely loved it and were so excited and proud of themselves for their creations. Spence is so much fun when it comes to this kind of stuff too so he had them super invested in the activity too - what a great dad!
Putting in the first egg and watching it change colors
Austin drawing on his egg to make it "more" cool lookin'
Rio joined in with her crayon too
We used a whisk to help the kids not break their eggs - worked so great!!
Jax with his first dyed egg! He had us put "J-A-X" on it and was showing it off and of course...it's green!
Rio's face says it all - she was so happy that her purple egg looked so good!
Here it is! She was so cute protecting it so well and holding it like a baby bird :)
Austin was showing off her eggs too - he loved his red and blue ones but was sad that one of his broke :( - it was daddy Aust, it's okay
Rio and I putting in her next egg into the blue one - she wanted a "light blue" one
Spence helping Rio with her beautiful yellow one with R-I-O on it
It was actually pretty windy this day so poor little kids, were a bit chilly outside but Logan was just happy to be part of the gang with his very own whisk!
Love you Logan - you're such a sweet and happy boy!
And here they all are with their finished products - YEAH!
Now... for the Easter Bunny to hide them and then these cuties to find them....He-he
Happy Easter!
The Easter Bunny brought them kites, sidewalk chalk, chick cotton candy and lots more yummy candy - lucky kids!
They were so excited and loved the surprise but couldn't wait for the hunt that was coming...
Austin found one! His bright red one
Rio showing off her purple one and Jax making sure that everyone knew he had only found 3 of his 5 - he's so cute!
Happy Easter little cutie pies!
