Getting Ready for Easter!

Oh, yes it is that time of year again.  Time to see the chicks and ducks!
My kiddos just love this tradition and think it is so fun to come see all these little, cute animals.
Rio's face says it all :)
Look at all of those chicks - one day hopefully we'll have chickens of our own.  MAYBE...
Rio's face is cracking me up!  She is such a silly girl.
We loved it though - such a great time just loving these farm animals.
The next weekend was the city Easter Egg Hunt at the park.  It was...well, a little disappointing.
We have only been to Draper's and South Jordan's hunts in the past and they were just HUGE and super fun and Bluffdale's was a little weak let's say but honestly, the kids didn't care.  They got eggs and lots of candy so it was a success!
Little Blake trying to stay warm - it was SO COLD!
READY, SET, GO!  Run you three!
Great job!  They loved it!
All 4 little runners ready to show off their winnings.
Does Logan look a little cold?
Spence took Logan over to his age section and he surprised us all by being nervous to go get eggs!
WHAT?  He is NEVER shy, scared or worried so we were all a bit confused but he did pick up a few and then of course, the older kids gave him some of theirs to share - sweet kids!
Silly boy!
Maybe next year he'll feel more ready for the race.  He is such a cute boy!

Temple Walk with the kids & Blake's new toy

Oh man, I'm getting WAY behind again.  So, here goes.
On Sundays, we try to keep these little cuties entertained as best we can but waiting until 1pm is quite the wait....so for a few Sundays, we have decided to take the kids to the temples and walk around the grounds.  They are beautiful no matter what time of year and the kids really like seeing the temple too.
Cutie kids - long pants...you can tell how far behind I am in posting.  YIKES - I better get going right?
Beautiful place, beautiful kids.  So glad that we have them forever!
This little cutie got a late bday gift from Uncle Jon and Aunt Erin and he absolutely loved it!

One night, these cute kids just made me reflect about how lucky we are as their parents to have them and so I went to check on them after they had fallen asleep and was laughing at their sleep positions.  So funny!
Cute Logan woke right up the second I walked into his room but I said, "night, night sweet boy."  "Okay, mommy" he said and was back asleep.
Rio loves all her animals surrounding her.
Austin went right up against the bed to keep himself secure.
And Jax, cute Jaxie.  He had an outer ear infection at this time and so we asked him to wear this hat to bed so he could keep his cotton ball with medicine on it.  Such a cute boy - he's so good at doing what is asked of him.
Love you kids!

Baseball season...here we come!

Baseball Season 2015!
Wow, was I shocked to look at the baseball website this spring to see that the boys had 19, yes 19 games!  For 5 year olds!
However, the season actually flew by and it was so so fun!  These two cuties of ours got better and better and by the end, Austin was hitting every time and Jax had this amazing form that was so fun to see.
So...here was their schedule - and yes, because May was completely rainy just about every, single day, we had plenty of make up games as well that went into June.

The first few are of their practices and these last two are the first game.  They had so much fun but I think the season was a little long for all of us to be honest.  We'll see what we choose next year.
There will be many more baseball pics to come in the next few posts.

Blake's 1 yr stats, fun sunny day and sleepy boy

At Blake's 1 year appnt, he sounded a little congested and possibly sounded a little like asthma so his Dr suggested that we try a breathing treatment to see if it helped him or not.
Poor little guy but as per usual with Blake, he was such a trooper and great sport!
He was a little bothered through it but did just great.  Sadly, it didn't really help the congestion which is good on one hand for the no asthma but sadly, he just sounds super wheezy when he gets sick.
Here are his stats!
He is growing great!
One day before getting the trips from preschool, Logan, Blake and I stopped off at the park to play on a beautiful day.  They loved it!
This boy lights up the day for me - he is such a happy little soul, especially when he is able to run and be free!
He was pretty happy that he got to climb up all by himself.
Oh how I love these kind of pics.  They jump themselves to sleep!
He was super tired without getting a nap one afternoon and well, just jumped himself to sleep instead.
Love him so much!

Our little cousin's Cooper, Preston & Ethan - let's celebrate!

Well, March is a huge month for family bdays!
Blake's little cousin buddies Cooper and Preston were born within the same week as he was.  And Ethan's bday is one day after Preston's...
It is so fun to watch these little boys and their abilities and personalities - it's like watching our little triplets again.  It's so fun!  We sure wish Cooper lived closer though :(

We went over to Andrew and Kisty's and celebrated little Preston turning 1 with the Morris crew.
*Kisty, Ethan, Preston, Andrew, Kari, March and laughing Logan*
*Ranger, Rio, Austin, Jax and Bonnie*
Love this little Blake - such a content little boy.
Kisty always makes darling little cakes.
Since Ethan's bday is the day after Preston's - we celebrated him turning 4!
Happy birthday Ethan!
Spence helping Ethan and Grandma holding little Preston - they're ready to blow out their candles.
 There goes Ethan!
 And then Preston!
Good job cutie boy!
Andrew and Kisty with little 1 year old Preston!
And since we didn't get to celebrate in person with Cooper - we sent him a present and then Erin sent us a pic to show they got it!
Love you Cooper - Happy 1st birthday cute boy!
