Electronic Boys and Sledding with the Morris'

I had to take this pic because all these boys are OBSESSED with electronics already - what are we going to do??
Just teasing - well, they are obsessed but it's fun to watch them play.  They are with cousin Luke in this pic - could we be watching any more closely?

One Sunday Saturday afternoon, we took the kids sledding with the Morris crew and had a blast!
It is hard work getting everyone's stuff and getting all ready to not freeze but it is so worth it!
That's Spence with Logan at the bottom and Jax walking up the hill with his grey sled.
 Left to right:
Austin, Erin with Cooper, Kisty with Preston, Spence with Blake, Logan, Jax, Cole, Ethan, Rio and Andrew with Bonnie in the front.
This is the same just with me in the front instead of Bonnie.
Austin taking Blake on a fun ride.
Darling Rio helping little Blake up the hill.  Love her.
Jax and Logan ready for some fun.

Let's just say, he DID NOT want to stop "swedding..."
And we took lots of opportunities to document it :)
The sun was in their eyes so bad, can you tell?
Love them!  What a blast we had.
There goes Jax and Cooper - love their little cousin bonding time.

We had so much fun and I can't wait for next winter to go again.

Experimenting with new presents

Although it is a difficult time of year for the triplets birthdays, I love it too because they get to really enjoy their gifts and play with things during the holiday break and Spence is home mostly as well and gets to play with them too!
Rio got these super fun Aquadots and she loves them!
Austin got some really fun science kit things and so of course, we had to break it out and experiment!
Spence was a great teacher.
It was so much fun!  Austin loved it!!
It was from Aunt Kristin and Uncle Mike and it couldn't have been a better gift or this cutie.

Birthday Fun - part 1

We are so lucky to have these little cuties.
The morning of the triplets birthday, they got up to play "Gouie, Louie" - the yucky game they had been wanting so badly and Santa brought!  Dang that Santa!  Mommy thought it was disgusting :)
It has been really fun to watch them play and love it so much.

HaPpY bIrThDaY!
Jax, Austin and Rio, we love you so much and are so excited to celebrate you 3.
I honestly can't believe it has been 6 years!  6???  That sounds so old to me.

When did these littles get so big?
Happy 6th birthday.
The boys were in full swing basketball so what else would they get but a new ball right?
We had been debating and debating what to get them for their birthday and they had been begging for a Wii or something to play "games" on.  So, we gave in and bought them one.
Logan was also quite pleased with their gift.
They got just a couple of games but were excited to play.
Rio got new doll clothes, a new Barbie with clothes and some cute boots :)
And...this is how the day was spent!
Daddy showing Logan how to play and they all had so much fun together!
I think what changed my mind was it was during their "game time" either they can all play something together OR they could sit on an I-pad by themselves.

It's Party Time!
This year, I made these cakes for them.  They all turned out pretty cute I think.
Austin wanted Mario and Luigi.
Rio wanted Hello Kitty.
Jax was all about Star Wars this year and wanted a Darth Vader cake - you can't really tell but it was the Death Star.
Later that evening, we were able to celebrate with our extended family and they got more and more fun things from grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Thank you everyone.
Stay tuned for Part 2 of birthday fun.

Christmas Fun with our grandmas, grandpas and cousins 2016

After our own family fun of Christmas on Christmas morning, we had a fun visit from Grandma and Grandpa Morris.
Thank you so much for all your gifts!  We love and appreciate all you do for us!
Bonnie had given us a "selfie stick" so we were trying it out :)

Later that afternoon/evening, we made our way over to Grandma Marsha and Papa Dougie's to celebrate with them and the Fanks as well.
We had a super yummy dinner and then opened and shared our gifts with one another.
Zak, Gabe and Ella with their "money pizzas."
My mom does super cute things for these "big kids."
Our cute Blakey got some awesome jammies.
The other 4 got some Boondocks coins and Airborne passes - woohoo!  They were so excited.
Thank you so much.
Then from their cousins, they got some fun family board games.
Love you all - you make our holiday much more fun!

Snow Day with Hayden

One day during the holiday break, we had the triplets buddy Hayden over to play in the snow.
It had snowed a ton and it was perfect playin' in snow.
Blake didn't have a shovel so he used his ladle instead.
Building their snow man together - Jax, Austin and Logan.
Hayden and Rio were the gatherers for the snowman.
Not sure if that was really a snowman or not but it sure was a great attempt and they had a blast and so did I watching them play and play and play in the snow.
It's the one good thing about snow for me.

Family Christmas Parties 2015

Every December, we have our family Christmas party traditions and whether people like it or not...we do them - Haha!
This year, the Morris or Hayes Christmas party was at our house so we hosted the dinner/snack night and then sat around to sing our little hearts out with just about every Christmas song you can think of.
Ethan and Rio
*Spencer, Kari, Marc, Austin and Ranger*
Lennox also found a cozy spot to hang out :)

That morning, we had our Anderson family Christmas party at Sky's house with our yummy scones, bacon and sausage and then...
...we enjoyed a very exciting and energetic (not so much) chime ringing show.
It was so fun though and we have great family that plays along and had fun, mostly for the kids sake.
Love our families so much and love that we can keep up some fun traditions!
