Morris Easter Egg Hunt '15

Get Ready, Get Set, HUNT!
Grandma Morris holding in the kids from bursting out the door to go on the egg hunt.
They were all so excited!
Cutie kids!
Ethan, Jax, Rio, Austin and Logan ready for some action!
Logan got a head start since he is in the 2 and under category :)
Rio and Jax
Little Blake decided to swing rather than to hunt - way more fun to swing right?
Woo-hoo!
SCORE!
These two are great little buddies together - so fun!
Rio and Ethan
Way to go kids - tons of yummy candy and even some money was found in those eggs.
Austin, Jax, Logan, Preston, Ethan, Rio and Blake
Kisty with her two boys
Spence with our kiddos counting up their eggs.
Fun bunch of kids and adults right there!
Thanks Austin for smiling with me - haha.
Love these two boys - Austin and Blake
This little miss of ours - she's really such a ball of joy!
Little Blake loved playing with his eggs - had no idea there were treats inside.
Logan was quite the hunter at Grandma's house - much more comfortable than at the city hunt :)
Good spotting Logan.
See the egg...
This kid is all about winning and getting the most so eggs way up in the tree were not going to stop him.
Go get it Aust!
He did just that!

Way to go little climber!
You did awesome climbing up so high.

Good eye Jax!
This is what Logan does when I tell him to smile with his eyes :)
There is a few more...
Happy Easter everyone!

Getting Ready for Easter!

Oh, yes it is that time of year again.  Time to see the chicks and ducks!
My kiddos just love this tradition and think it is so fun to come see all these little, cute animals.
Rio's face says it all :)
Look at all of those chicks - one day hopefully we'll have chickens of our own.  MAYBE...
Rio's face is cracking me up!  She is such a silly girl.
We loved it though - such a great time just loving these farm animals.
The next weekend was the city Easter Egg Hunt at the park.  It was...well, a little disappointing.
We have only been to Draper's and South Jordan's hunts in the past and they were just HUGE and super fun and Bluffdale's was a little weak let's say but honestly, the kids didn't care.  They got eggs and lots of candy so it was a success!
Little Blake trying to stay warm - it was SO COLD!
READY, SET, GO!  Run you three!
Great job!  They loved it!
All 4 little runners ready to show off their winnings.
Does Logan look a little cold?
Spence took Logan over to his age section and he surprised us all by being nervous to go get eggs!
WHAT?  He is NEVER shy, scared or worried so we were all a bit confused but he did pick up a few and then of course, the older kids gave him some of theirs to share - sweet kids!
Silly boy!
Maybe next year he'll feel more ready for the race.  He is such a cute boy!

Temple Walk with the kids & Blake's new toy

Oh man, I'm getting WAY behind again.  So, here goes.
On Sundays, we try to keep these little cuties entertained as best we can but waiting until 1pm is quite the wait....so for a few Sundays, we have decided to take the kids to the temples and walk around the grounds.  They are beautiful no matter what time of year and the kids really like seeing the temple too.
Cutie kids - long pants...you can tell how far behind I am in posting.  YIKES - I better get going right?
Beautiful place, beautiful kids.  So glad that we have them forever!
This little cutie got a late bday gift from Uncle Jon and Aunt Erin and he absolutely loved it!

One night, these cute kids just made me reflect about how lucky we are as their parents to have them and so I went to check on them after they had fallen asleep and was laughing at their sleep positions.  So funny!
Cute Logan woke right up the second I walked into his room but I said, "night, night sweet boy."  "Okay, mommy" he said and was back asleep.
Rio loves all her animals surrounding her.
Austin went right up against the bed to keep himself secure.
And Jax, cute Jaxie.  He had an outer ear infection at this time and so we asked him to wear this hat to bed so he could keep his cotton ball with medicine on it.  Such a cute boy - he's so good at doing what is asked of him.
Love you kids!
